1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on MedStat Academy are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course or service has been granted. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Course Access

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to the purchased course or service. Since digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds are not applicable after access is provided.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, we will review the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate amount after verification.

4. Technical Issues

If you face any technical issues accessing the course, please contact us immediately. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue. Refunds will not be issued for technical problems that can be resolved.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion. Any such decisions will be final and binding.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved (only in eligible cases), it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
